This photo was by Eva Arnold, in 1961. The subject was a woman bathing in a bathroom, a very common subject, but Arnold made the image looks interesting. The composition is good, it has foreground, middle ground and background, which shows the depth. Also the bright light on the top has contrast with the shadow in the bottom image, the value contrast keeps viewers' eyes . Arnold had really good skill on light, the high light on the bathing cap and the shadow on the woman's face, light on the small table, and light on the back mirror, all these small details keep viewers' eyes on the image. So I think this is a good photograph by Eve Arnold.
